Creative juices were flowing

We met this week for our 23rd quarterly offsite, Together, where we rekindled our commitment to the work we do and the ways we do it. We talked about all the things – from the practical like business metrics to the aspirational like getting inspired.

Each Together has a theme and this time around it was “Creativity” and how we unlock some best practices to tap into our innate creative abilities. Creativity is at the core of what we do best and some common themes of our discussion were that creativity starts from a place of curiosity, it is best fostered when we have a clear head and when we are open and vulnerable.

We left knowing that getting others comfortable with embracing their creative selves also depends on setting a course towards a fresh direction, setting norms that support creative work, and staying present and engaged as the results start to percolate.
