As a Strategist, you will join our team of talented strategists, growth marketers and data specialists focused on developing marketing and product strategies that drive business outcomes. We ask that you bring your critical thinking skills along with a passion for collaboration, storytelling, and better customer experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and consult on marketing strategies, across multiple disciplines such as brand, connections/comms, media, UX/CX.
- Deliver compelling strategies that align with clients’ goals.
- Take ownership of project tasks and milestones, managing roadmap and time effectively and proactively communicating progress against deadlines.
- Conduct research to provide actionable and evidence-based insights to clients.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of category and competitive activity, and keep a finger on the pulse of existing and emerging consumer and cultural trends.
- Identify creative solutions to engage clients’ customers through emerging technologies and cross-channel planning.
- Cultivate trust by engaging clients openly, showcasing expertise with empathy, and delivering bespoke solutions with clarity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and externally.
Who you are:
- Marketing Strategy Experience: You have a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience (not inclusive of internships) in marketing strategy across brand, connections, comms, media and/or UX and CX.
- Curiosity & Creativity. You are a curious individual, constantly staying on top of trends in culture and the marketing industry. You can connect the dots to identify interesting insights and pitch provocative ideas.
- Project Management. You are organized and can simultaneously manage multiple engagements while consistently delivering high-quality work.
- Consulting and facilitation: You are a skilled facilitator and can navigate a variety of different personalities and work styles.
- Strategic communication: You can craft persuasive narratives, own the stage with captivating delivery, and weave stories that win.
- Executive presence: You can confidently present your work to, consult, and influence the decision-making of marketing executives.
- Flexibility. You can think across the full marketing spectrum and flex your thinking from high (vision and brand) to low (tactical execution). You have strong opinions that are loosely held. You are able to adjust plans and adapt when things change. You are comfortable making decisions with an imperfect or incomplete set of information
