As a Sr. Client Engagement Lead, you are the senior, day-to-day owner of the client relationship and the overall health of the engagement for our most complex accounts.
You are accountable for keeping the work clear, prioritized, and moving—and for ensuring strategy, media, analytics, and creative inputs turn into real decisions, delivered work, and sustained progress for the client.
You do not own the authorship of strategy, analytics, or creative. You do own how those inputs are integrated, sequenced, and delivered, how tradeoffs are made, and how recommendations are explained, defended, and carried forward over time.
The ideal candidate is comfortable with data, understands how media and measurement operate between agencies and clients, and can lead clients through critical prioritization conversations and budget tradeoffs, especially when budgets are limited.
You are not a hands-on media specialist. You are hands-on in leading the engagement: setting priorities, overseeing delivery, managing risk, unblocking teams, and maintaining momentum. You partner closely with strategists, growth marketers, analysts, and creative producers, and you’re fluent enough across disciplines to lead meetings, ask good questions, and explain the “why” behind decisions.
Your Capacity & Focus: To deliver this level of partnership, you will lead a focused portfolio of 2–3 Core Integrated Engagements plus 1–2 lighter engagements, balanced by business size and complexity. This structure allows you to go deep, act as a true extension of the client’s team, and ensure high-quality delivery without being spread too thin.
