What you’ll do:
- Onboard and manage Data and Analytics experts. This includes employees and contractors.
- Own the Data and Analytics team backlog; ensure briefs are written, assignments are clear, the team has what they need and tasks are prioritized properly.
- When appropriate, own tasks in the backlog.
- Help your colleagues in other practices know when to pull in the expertise of the data and analytics team and how to set them up for success.
- Plan, oversee and QA building a tools and templates in Count.co for high-value analysis.
- Plan, oversee, and maintain data visualization templates and dashboards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align analytics initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Work with leadership to educate the Part and Sum team on how to improve the scoping of Data and Analytics needs with clients.
