Building Part and Sum and consulting has given him an outlet for his insatiable curiosity, and surrounded himself with equally curious collaborators.
Jim is an experienced leader and entrepreneur, who has brought new and innovative products to market, scaled them, and helped enterprises uncover opportunities of their own. He specializes in design and systems thinking, uncover insights, helping organizations think bigger, more clearly and ambitiously. Heās a lover of systems in all shapes and forms, from economics, to game design, to fermentation. Heās had the opportunity to serve organizations of all sizes from startups to non-profits, to Fortune 500 enterprises, including: Target, Google, BuzzFeed, Nike, the United Nations, and The Nature Conservancy.
Jim, Co-founded Part and Sum as much as a way to scale the impact of figure-it-out-itude to more organizations and challenges as a way to mentor tomorrowās problem solving leaders. Heās deeply explored his passion for game design, selling hundreds of thousands of his games as well as teaching Game Design at Hunter College in NYC.
