I’m Jess.
As the Operations Specialist of Experience at Part and Sum, I get to help create a people-first culture that helps foster collaboration in our remote-first team.
Over the course of her professional career, Jessica has focused on enhancing the experiences of others. She seeks to improve efficiency and productivity while ensuring those she works with feel supported and have the tools they need to succeed. Before joining Part and Sum, Jessica worked for The Walt Disney Company where she gained valuable skills in customer service and empathy. She has taken the lessons of creating a “magical” experience for guests of all ages and the importance of putting people first with her throughout her career in events and operations.
One of Jessica’s proudest achievements at Part and Sum is helping to launch our mentorship program for the team.
When she isn’t soaking up anything and everything about creating an awesome company culture or onboarding Part and Sum’s newest team member, you can find Jessica exploring the zoos of northern New Jersey with her son.

Approaching company policies, feedback reports, and 1:1 conversations with empathy allows me to identify areas of opportunity for growth and improvement. This closely mirrors how our team interacts with our clients and how our team helps our clients understand their customers. Empathy is the key to unlocking growth.”
