We’re Part and Sum, a collective of curious people who help our clients bring new ideas to market and use data to grow businesses. Our strategy consulting work is powered by customer insights and our media agency work is designed to help us learn and drive continuous improvement. We have an impressive track record for a small-ish team - we work with the biggest brands in the world (alongside smaller brands, too) and we have ambitions to expand our influence over the next decade.
As a Growth Marketer you will be on a team of channel experts who are focused on martech. We ask that you bring your paid media skills along with an interest in other areas of martech craft (such as: analytics, data tracking, search, SEO). In other words, we don’t believe in silos.
You have 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, analytics or consulting. Entrepreneurial background preferred.
You have media buying experience with proven success managing paid social campaigns.
You love to analyze data to develop, validate, and refine ideas.
You’re curious about how systems work and enjoy solving complex problems.
You’re willing to learn new things on the job, and to give and receive feedback.
You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional and hybrid environment.
